Our first blog...

Here goes...our first attempt at blogging. I was hesitant because I don't feel like I have very interesting things to share. Then my friend Shannon pointed out that the goal is to keep in touch, not necessarily share my deep thoughts. I also realized that everyone just wants to see Will. We've had many requests for more Wednesday Will emails so hopefully this blog will keep our friends and family updated on our munchkin's big moments as well as what's going on with our family.

We went to the beach after Tropical Storm Fay with our friends Shannon and Forrest and Will's best bud Judah. They loved playing in the sand and eating it too.

Will's new favorite move is to run toward the camera as I'm trying to get a shot of him... While Sean was away last week, we went to get cupcakes (Will asked for them) and we played with Play-Dough for the first time. He instantly ate some and scared me when I thought he was choking. I ended up finger sweeping his tonsils in a panic to get the purple play-dough out...


It's hard to believe he's 14 months old now. It feels like this summer flew by but of course, it still feels like summer here. We're missing the Northwest and the Northeast these days! Thankfully we have a water lover who can't wait to turn on the hose and cool off on the back porch.
